From March 8 to 9, 2024, the “Strengthening Enterprises and Improving Efficiency” project, implemented by the Fifth Institute of Electronics of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and organized by the Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, held a two-day training and seminar at HGHY.
This project, driven by principles of “market-led, government-led, key breakthroughs, and demonstration leadership,” provides consulting services to enterprises. It helps identify management and technical problems, offering improvement suggestions to enhance quality and efficiency for high-quality development.
Seventy-nine enterprises were selected for this project, including 19 in Huangpu District, with HGHY being the only complete pulp molding technology equipment manufacturer chosen.
The seminar focused on improving HGHY’s quality management, factory site management, human resource management, and material and warehouse management. Experts identified management shortcomings and provided rectification suggestions. Future plans include laying a solid foundation for lean management, enhancing system construction, and creating an efficient working environment using performance indicators to elevate overall management.
Additionally, the expert group provided PDCA, 6S, and visual management training. Through case analysis and group discussions, participants understood the importance of PDCA in standardization management and 6S management in daily operations.
Post-seminar, the experts visited HGHY’s production workshop and material storage areas, analyzing current equipment operations and storage challenges. They offered detailed optimization plans and improvement ideas to streamline factory management processes and boost efficiency.
HGHY actively engaged in the investigation and diagnostic work. Leveraging expert support, the company improved its product quality and management levels, promoting high-quality development and enhancing growth momentum. This enables HGHY to better provide comprehensive solutions for pulp molding equipment and technology to its customers.
