This production line has 6-faces forming + 6-faces transfer high-speed double-rotary forming and 10-layer high-efficiency drying technology, with excellent performance, high-capacity and stable production, and the hourly production capacity is up to 12,000 pieces per hour based on 30-pack egg trays, which is stable to produce continuously for 24 hours everyday.

This customer is a professional egg packaging manufacturer in the north of Egypt, and highly recognize HGHY's long-term technology in pulp molding production line. Around the beginning of 2016, this customer purchased HGHY's High-speed Double-rotary Egg Tray Machine and started production in October 2016. The production manager of this egg tray factory tell us that this double-rotary egg tray production line has been running efficiently and stably for more than 50,000 hours and is still running well after eight years.

The HGHY double-rotary egg tray machine continues to produce at high speed, in the past eight years, except for the replacement of wearing parts, there is no problem with key components. The production is efficient and stable, and it continues to increase profits for customers.
